A field-built career

Anne-Cécile Judais has spent more than 25 years working with real estate in all its forms. She has been a specialist of the Côte Bleue and the calanques market since 2015.

Sworn valuation is today the Cabinet's core activity. Transaction and management remain present on an ancillary basis, as a natural extension of a direct and ongoing connection with the local market. A real estate expert in sworn valuation, holder of several real estate qualifications awarded by ICH Paris, CNAM and Sciences Po IEP Aix-en-Provence (Master's in real estate, CEJI — Certificate of Real Estate Legal Studies — and certificate in judicial expertise), Anne-Cécile Judais continues to train regularly in order to provide her clients with the highest standard of legal and technical guidance. She is today a Court-appointed Expert with the Court of Appeal of Aix-en-Provence, a member of EEFIC and of the CNCEJ. She practises in full independence, in the service of her clients.

In judicial expertise, the Cabinet is registered within the jurisdiction of the Court of Appeal of Aix-en-Provence, covering four departments: Bouches-du-Rhône (13), Var (83), Alpes-de-Haute-Provence (04) and Alpes-Maritimes (06). In amicable valuation, it operates throughout the Mediterranean and Provençal region.
